If the trip is booked with less then 7 days notice, payment in full is required at time of booking.
Tours may include some element of risk. We - Virgin Islands Sailing Charters - assume no liability for injuries or loss of any kind.

Cancellation Policy
Once you make the reservation over the phone or on-line you are confirmed.
Requests for cancellations or date transfers need to be received at least seven (7) business days prior to the event in order to receive a full refund. If a cancellation or reschedule request is received less than seven (7) business days before the start date, the penalty of 50% of the cost will be applied. Refunds will not be allowed for "no-shows". Cancellations on day of charter will be charged 100% of charter cost. This cancellation policy is strictly enforced.
For day charters, hard rain at time of charter will result in cancellation of charter if requested. We know you don't want to sail in the rain and neither do we.
IT MUST BE RAINING AT THE TIME OF THE CHARTER. Just because there is a chance of rain or it looks like rain does not mean it will rain and your charter will still be going out.
We will let you know if your charter will be canceled.
